Where we ship
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada where the distance sale of tobacco products is permitted. Eligibility is confirmed against your delivery address at checkout. If your address is not eligible, the order cannot be completed.
Processing times
Orders placed before 1:00 PM [TIMEZONE] on a business day are processed the same day, provided age verification has been completed. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or statutory holiday, are processed the next business day.

Age check on delivery
All shipments require an adult signature. The carrier will request government-issued photo identification at the door. If no eligible adult is available, the parcel is returned to the depot for pickup.
Returns
Sealed, unopened packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Opened packs cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace or refund the item and cover return shipping.
Refused or undeliverable orders
Orders refused at the door, or returned to us after failed delivery attempts, are refunded less the original shipping cost.
