How do you verify my age?
Before your first order is accepted, you complete an identity check through a third-party verification service. You submit a government-issued photo ID and a live selfie. The service confirms the document is valid and that it matches you. We do not store your ID document.
What identification is accepted?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth — a provincial driver’s licence, a provincial photo card, a Canadian passport, or a Certificate of Indian Status.
Do I have to verify every time I order?
No. Verification is completed once per account. You will be asked to re-verify if your account details change materially or if a verification expires.
What is the legal age to purchase?
It varies by province — 18 or 19. You must meet the legal smoking age in the province where the order is delivered.
Can you ship anywhere in Canada?
No. Some provinces restrict or prohibit the distance sale of tobacco. Your delivery address is checked at checkout and ineligible addresses cannot complete an order.
Is someone required to be home for delivery?
Yes. An adult signature and photo identification are required at the door. The carrier will not leave a parcel unattended.
Can I buy by the case?

My order says out of stock — when will it return?
Restock dates depend on distributor supply and are not confirmed in advance. Stock counts on this site update as orders are processed.

No. The website is a product catalogue only. Orders are placed by telephone or email. There is no online checkout, no shopping cart, and no payment processing on this site.

Delivery
What happens if I am not home when delivery is attempted?
The carrier will leave a notice and hold the parcel at a pickup location for a limited period. An adult with photo identification must be present to collect it. The carrier will not release the parcel to a building concierge, a neighbour, or any person who cannot produce valid ID confirming they are of legal age.
Do you ship outside [PROVINCE]?
No. Our retail licence covers sales within [PROVINCE] only. We are not able to ship to addresses in other provinces or territories.
Can the carrier leave the parcel with a neighbour or at the door?
